Christos is an attorney-at-law, admitted before the Civil, Penal and Administrative Supreme Courts (Areios Pagos & the Greek Conseil d’Etat). He is a business and an investment lawyer, interested on building business projects, while serving as a legal counsel both to private and public sector legal entities.
He has pursued his studies in Greece and in France, he has acquired three basic degrees in law with a focus on business and civil law and two Master’s degrees, one in Business (MSc) and one in Shipping and Maritime Activities (DESS).
He is also a certified by ISO/IEC 17024 Data Protection Officer (DPO Executive, TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas).
He is the founder of our firm. His hard work and legal skills have gained him within a few years the confidence of a variety of our clients, from multinational companies to individuals who all trust him with their legal representation.
He mainly focuses on investment projects, on personal data protection, on consumer protection, on energy law (oil, natural gas, renewable energy, recycling), on issues of international trade, real estate, development and management of shopping malls, public state projects and commissions, companies and business partnerships in Greece and abroad.
Christos has prepared a study in the collective volume “Greek Law Digest”, for the Ministry of Development and the “Invest in Greece” Organization, regarding the Greek legislation provisions relevant to the mining and trade of petroleum/oil products.
Christos litigates in the Greek courts while he is also an expert in the resolution of disputes through arbitration. He has been legal advisor of prestigious international companies such as petroleum giant TOTAL, KLEPIERRE / SEGECE (BNP-PARIBAS GROUP), LEROY MERLIN, LA REDOUTE et al.
He collaborates closely with foreign state Embassies in Athens. He is active member of the Belgian Business Club and the French-Greek Chamber of Commerce.
In 2006 he has served as an advisor on issues of copyright trade at the MONTE CARLO INTERNATIONAL FORUM and at the National Book Centre (Ministry of Culture).
He serves as Senior Legal Counsel to the Municipality of Vyronas.
He is fluent in Greek, English and French.
